Die zweit\u00e4gige Veranstaltung fand im Museu de Oriente in Lissabon mit Blick auf den Tejo statt und bot eine lebhafte und zum Nachdenken anregende Mischung aus Podiumsdiskussionen, Interviews und Pr\u00e4sentationen. An der Veranstaltung nahmen \u00fcber 160 Kollegen aus 20 L\u00e4ndern weltweit teil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es war ein stolzer Moment, als Alison Buechner Hojbjerg, Mitinhaberin und Direktorin von QP Savills, an einer der Podiumsdiskussionen teilnahm, bei der Themen wie Marktanteile, Innovation, die Zukunft des Gesch\u00e4fts und Diversifizierung behandelt wurden. Alison kommentierte: \u201cEs war eine gro\u00dfartige Gelegenheit, verschiedene Gesch\u00e4ftsmodelle auf der ganzen Welt kennenzulernen und von unseren Kollegen zu lernen, wie wir unseren Kunden weiterhin den bestm\u00f6glichen Service bieten k\u00f6nnen.\u201d.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/quintaproperty.com\/storage\/team\/jpg.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Aktuelles, Trends und Ausblick f\u00fcr die globalen M\u00e4rkte<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der erste Tag begann mit Paulo Siva, James Sparrow und Justin Marking, gefolgt von einer faszinierenden Podiumsdiskussion, die sich mit den globalen Herausforderungen und Chancen befasste, denen wir alle gegen\u00fcberstehen. An der Diskussion nahmen Mitarbeiter und Partner von Savills aus den USA, China, S\u00fcdafrika, dem Nahen Osten und Spanien teil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zu den gr\u00f6\u00dften Herausforderungen z\u00e4hlen derzeit der Inflationsschock, politische Instabilit\u00e4t und deren Auswirkungen auf die Kosten, die j\u00fcngsten Finanzkrisen im Bankensystem und die weltweit niedrigen Erwartungen hinsichtlich des BIP-Wachstums.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Infolge der Pandemie besteht derzeit eine Nachfrage nach g\u00fcnstigeren Immobilien mit besserer Lebensqualit\u00e4t und mehr Zugang zu Au\u00dfenfl\u00e4chen. Da Portugal der perfekte Standort f\u00fcr den Erwerb einer Zweitimmobilie als Erweiterung des Erstwohnsitzes ist, hat es sich mittlerweile zu einem der st\u00e4rksten L\u00e4nder Europas mit einer h\u00f6heren durchschnittlichen j\u00e4hrlichen Wachstumsrate entwickelt. Zum Vergleich: Die Mietpreise in Lissabon sind in den letzten f\u00fcnf Jahren um mehr als 20% gestiegen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/quintaproperty.com\/storage\/team\/img-4069-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Marktanteile gewinnen<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Veranstaltung umfasste eine ausschlie\u00dflich aus Frauen bestehende Podiumsdiskussion mit dem Titel \u2019Taking Market Share\u201c (Marktanteile gewinnen), bei der die Erfolge von QP Savills vorgestellt wurden.
