Dazu geh\u00f6ren auch Amerikaner und Kanadier, die sich bisher auf die gr\u00f6\u00dferen St\u00e4dte Porto und Lissabon beschr\u00e4nkt hatten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Was sind gegebenenfalls Hindernisse f\u00fcr das Gesch\u00e4ft?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die gr\u00f6\u00dfte Gefahr f\u00fcr das Gesch\u00e4ft besteht darin, dass wir weiterhin einen Mangel an hochwertigen Immobilien zum Verkauf feststellen und es schwierig ist, gen\u00fcgend Objekte f\u00fcr die bestehende Nachfrage zu finden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir haben eine Liste von Kunden, die ihre Merkliste in Bezug auf ihre ideale Immobilie erf\u00fcllen m\u00f6chten, aber viele von ihnen, die nicht bereit sind zu warten, gehen Kompromisse ein, nur um sich eine Immobilie zu sichern, die sie sofort nutzen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Wie sieht Ihre Prognose f\u00fcr die kommenden Monate aus?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bislang sehen wir keine wirklichen Anzeichen f\u00fcr eine Abschw\u00e4chung der bisherigen Entwicklung in diesem Jahr. Gegen Ende des Jahres 2022 kam es aufgrund der h\u00f6heren Inflation und steigender Zinsen zu einer leichten Abflachung, wobei die K\u00e4ufer abwartend die M\u00e4rkte beobachteten, bevor sie handelten. Angesichts der j\u00fcngsten Schwierigkeiten im Bankensektor und der damit verbundenen Aktienverk\u00e4ufe erwarten wir, dass sich dies erneut wiederholen wird.
