Er stammt urspr\u00fcnglich aus S\u00e3o Br\u00e1s de Alportel und wuchs in der Gemeinde Loul\u00e9 auf, sodass er nach wie vor eine tiefe Verbundenheit zur Algarve hat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Er ist bekannt daf\u00fcr, Prozesse zu rationalisieren, die digitale Effizienz zu verbessern und Klarheit in komplexe Abl\u00e4ufe zu bringen. Au\u00dferhalb der Arbeit ist Jo\u00e3o ein begeisterter Immobilieninvestor, der gerne Immobilien renoviert, aktiv ist, Padel spielt und Sporting CP unterst\u00fctzt.
