Im Durchschnitt erzielen Markenwohnungen einen Preisaufschlag von 33 Prozent gegen\u00fcber vergleichbaren Nicht-Markenwohnungen, und in vielen Urlaubsorten ist dieser Aufschlag sogar noch h\u00f6her. Am erfolgreichsten sind Projekte, bei denen Design, Service, Ausstattung und Lage zusammenwirken, um ein hochwertiges Wohnerlebnis zu schaffen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein weiterer wichtiger Trend ist die Diversifizierung. Hotelgruppen sind nach wie vor f\u00fchrend in diesem Sektor, aber es dr\u00e4ngen immer mehr Nicht-Hotelunternehmen auf den Markt, von Automobil- und Modeunternehmen bis hin zu Design- und Wellnessunternehmen. Viele neue Projekte sind eigenst\u00e4ndige Wohnanlagen und nicht Teil eines Hotels, insbesondere in Gro\u00dfst\u00e4dten, in denen die Marke bereits pr\u00e4sent ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr M\u00e4rkte wie die Algarve ist dies ermutigend.
