The Evolution of Our Business

Running a business for three decades teaches you a thing or two. Running it with your sibling? Well, that’s a whole different level of education! We started out with a small but passionate team of four great women, determined to bring a fresh approach to luxury real estate in the Algarve. Fast forward 30 years, and we’ve grown into a team of 40 top professionals, spread across three prime locations, leading the market with integrity, expertise and knowledge.

We like to think of ourselves as ‘Older. Wiser. And Bigger.’ – and not just because we’ve been at it for so long. Those three words sum up exactly where we are today, what we’ve built, and why we’re more confident than ever in what we do.

Getting older in business is a privilege. We’ve seen the market change, adapted to new trends, and navigated challenges along the way. We’ve made mistakes—who hasn’t? But each one has been a lesson, making us sharper, smarter, and stronger. Wisdom, we’ve learned, doesn’t come from playing it safe; it comes from experience, from the wins and the setbacks, and from knowing when to change course.

And we have changed. We might have started off thinking we were the best, but over time, we’ve realised that staying the best means constantly evolving. One of the wisest moves we’ve made has been surrounding ourselves with the next generation of top professionals. Times move on, and so must we. By bringing in fresh talent—smart, driven, and full of new ideas—we’ve not only strengthened our business but ensured that we continue to lead the way in luxury real estate.

Bigger doesn’t just mean more people or more offices. It means more capability, more expertise, and more ways to deliver the exceptional service our clients expect. Growth isn’t just about size; it’s about becoming better, stronger, and more effective at what we do.

Yes, working together as sisters has had its ups and downs—anyone in business with family will know what we mean! But we’ve learned to capitalise on each other’s strengths, balance out the weaknesses, and trust in the bigger picture. Creating a great work environment has always been at the heart of our business and making it a fun and enjoyable place to work has been just as important as achieving success. And through it all, one thing has never changed: delivering top results for our clients has always been our number one priority.

So here we are: Older. Wiser. And Bigger. And better than ever. And yet, is many ways it still feels like we are only really just getting started!
