Realizado no Museu de Oriente, em Lisboa, com vista para o rio Tejo, os dois dias inclu\u00edram uma mistura animada e instigante de pain\u00e9is de discuss\u00e3o, entrevistas e apresenta\u00e7\u00f5es. O evento reuniu mais de 160 colegas de 20 pa\u00edses de todo o mundo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Foi um momento de orgulho quando Alison Buechner Hojbjerg, copropriet\u00e1ria e diretora da QP Savills, participou de um dos pain\u00e9is que abordou temas como: quota de mercado, inova\u00e7\u00e3o, o futuro do neg\u00f3cio e diversifica\u00e7\u00e3o. A discuss\u00e3o incluiu funcion\u00e1rios e associados da Savills dos EUA, China, \u00c1frica do Sul, M\u00e9dio Oriente e Espanha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os maiores desafios atuais incluem o choque inflacion\u00e1rio, a instabilidade pol\u00edtica e os efeitos que ela tem sobre os custos, as recentes crises financeiras no sistema banc\u00e1rio e as baixas expectativas para o crescimento do PIB em todo o mundo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Como resultado da pandemia, a procura atual \u00e9 por im\u00f3veis mais baratos, com melhor qualidade de vida e maior acesso a espa\u00e7os ao ar livre. Sendo Portugal o local perfeito para adquirir um segundo im\u00f3vel como extens\u00e3o da primeira casa, tornou-se agora um dos pa\u00edses europeus com maior taxa de crescimento anual composta. A t\u00edtulo de compara\u00e7\u00e3o, os valores dos alugueres em Lisboa aumentaram mais de 20% nos \u00faltimos 5 anos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/quintaproperty.com\/storage\/team\/img-4069-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Conquistando quota de mercado<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O evento incluiu um painel exclusivamente feminino intitulado \u2019Conquistando quota de mercado\u201c, onde foram apresentadas as conquistas da QP Savills. Alison Hojbjerg afirmou: \u201dO dia foi repleto de surpresas agrad\u00e1veis e estamos extremamente gratas por termos sido reconhecidas como uma das associadas com desempenho mais duradouro e bem-sucedido a n\u00edvel global no Hall da Fama da Savills\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No mercado imobili\u00e1rio de luxo do Algarve, a QP Savills det\u00e9m uma quota de mercado impressionante de 70%, e alguns dos fatores que contribu\u00edram para este sucesso remontam ao in\u00edcio, em 1998.
