Carla Reis

Carla was born and raised in the Algarve, a place that has always felt like home. With a naturally positive and easygoing energy, she brings calm, clarity and creativity to everything she does. Earlier in life, she dreamed of becoming a film producer, a path that shaped her instinct for organisation, logistics and storytelling. Today, she uses that blend of structure and imagination to support QP behind the scenes with a steady and thoughtful approach.

Outside the office, Carla loves sharing cultural moments with her son, whether through art, theatre or exhibitions, and enjoys quiet time with her dog Pintas, a loyal companion of almost sixteen years.
