With nearly 20 years of experience in the high-end property market, Iain has built a reputation for excellence, integrity, and results. Before relocating to the Algarve in 2022, he spent 16 years in London’s ultra-prime real estate sector, working in prestigious areas such as Knightsbridge and Belgravia, and successfully leading a top-performing office in Notting Hill and Holland Park for eight years.
Since moving to Portugal, Iain has continued to make headlines, most notably by completing the country’s first recorded sale of a property over €20,000,000, a landmark villa in Quinta do Lago. His strategic insight, negotiation skills, and deep understanding of high-value transactions make him a trusted figure in the Algarve’s luxury market.
Now as Sales Director, Iain leads the team at Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo with vision and drive, while continuing to provide personalised guidance to clients across the region.
Outside of work, Iain is an avid padel player and golfer. With his children attending school locally, he is deeply embedded in the community and brings that local insight to every client relationship.
