With a background in Management and a Master’s in Taxation, João began his career in sales before moving into banking and later joining Well in Vale do Lobo, gaining hands-on experience across finance and HR. Originally from São Brás de Alportel and raised in the municipality of Loulé, he remains deeply connected to the Algarve.
He is known for streamlining processes, improving digital efficiency and bringing clarity to complex operations. Outside work, João is an enthusiastic real estate investor who enjoys renovating properties, staying active, playing padel and supporting Sporting CP.
