Born in South Africa to Portuguese parents, Monica has always felt a strong connection to Portugal. After several years working as a Financial Advisor, she followed her passion for property and joined QP Savills, initially serving as Sales Director for the Central Algarve. In that role, she built a strong regional presence and led the team with focus and determination, delivering consistent results across one of the company’s key markets.
She now serves as Chief Revenue Officer, overseeing the company’s wider sales strategy and driving growth across all regions. Warm, professional and highly dedicated, Monica combines commercial insight with genuine care, ensuring clients and teams alike feel supported at every stage. Away from the office, she enjoys an active life with her two children, especially when her days include sunshine, beaches or time spent exploring new destinations.
