With almost three decades of experience across luxury real estate, hospitality, sports and leisure, Susana has shaped major projects and brands both in Portugal and internationally. Her career includes senior roles with Deloitte, Liga Portugal and Quinta do Lago Resort, along with the launch and repositioning of landmark developments in Portugal and abroad.

Originally from Lisbon with Azorean roots, Susana has lived in Angola, the Azores, Macau and Porto, experiences that expanded her global vision and deepened her appreciation for culture and diversity. Drawn to the Algarve’s authenticity and lifestyle, she chose to make it her home.

As Managing Director at QP, she continues to guide innovation and growth in the region. Outside of work, Susana enjoys travel, horses, creative pursuits and exploring the small details that make life meaningful.
