Vila Moderna, a gated development only moments from Vale do Lobo

Vila Moderna is an exclusive gated development of ten contemporary detached villas, designed by renowned Portuguese architect Vasco Vieira.

Only moments from Vale do Lobo, in the heart of the Algarve’s Golden Triangle, the development combines striking contemporary architecture, generous proportions and privacy with easy access to the beach, golf, restaurants and resort facilities.

Each villa offers approximately 450 m² of build area and sit on plots between 765 m² – 1246 m².

They offer 4 en-suite bedrooms and 6 bathrooms (including W.C.s) as standard but with large lower ground floors with capacity for additional rooms. Double-height ceilings and expansive glazing maximise natural light and create impressive open interiors, while the extensive terraces provide generous areas for outdoor living and entertaining. A private lift connects all floors, and a garage provides secure parking. One of the defining features is the rooftop swimming pool and terrace, creating a private setting for relaxing and entertaining while enjoying the Algarve climate. High-quality finishes and carefully considered specifications feature throughout.

Vila Moderna is approximately 400 metres from the Vale do Lobo Tennis Academy and close to the resort’s beach, restaurants, leisure facilities and renowned Royal and Ocean golf courses. Faro International Airport is approximately 20 minutes away.
